Experience the boxing workout designed for women by a woman! 4 time World Champion Professional Female Boxer Jaime Clampitt has adapted her pre-fight training to a challenging 60 minute program for women of all ages and fitness levels.
Warm up with 15 minutes of jump rope, practice your basic moves with a few rounds of Shadow Boxing, work it hard on the bags then add in some pad work with their awesome trainers.
But knowing how to throw a punch is only half the battle. There are a myriad of skills –speed, strength, conditioning, agility and coordination– which are essential to boxing. The Striking Beauties traditional boxing workout takes you through a circuit of exercises designed to enhance each of these skills.
And just when your body has exhausted it’s final trace of energy… they throw in a blast of hardcore ab work! Complete this class and it won’t take you long to understand why boxers are the world’s best-conditioned athletes.
Whether you want to become a boxer, or just train like one, Striking Beauties’ traditional boxing workout guarantees you’ll walk out the door feeling stronger, better conditioned and more self-confident!

On August 17th, YPO members Vicky Faunce of Bristol County Savings Bank, Phil Hickey of Zap Creative Solutions and Chris Pintarich of Berry Insurance attended the United Regional Chamber of Commerce’s ribbon cutting at Attleboro Del’s & Ice Cream new location at 89 Pleasant Street in Attleboro.
Although the new store is only a few minutes down the road from their previous location, it is much more convenient to enter and exit. The location is a lot larger than one would assume from the outside and the staff was pleasant and helpful.
Del’s offered a sampling of their delicious Ice and their surprisingly large array of lunch options, including chicken salad and pulled pork sandwiches at the ribbon cutting. Del’s is a great place to grab a bite for lunch or to stop buy after work and pick up a gallon of their famous Ice to take home.
