Last month the YPO raffled off 3 tickets to the April 8th Celtics game against the Wizards. The winner was drawn on April 1st (no, it wasn’t an April Fools joke)!

The United Regional Young Professionals Organization (YPO), a group made up of young professionals having an interest in social and business networking, community involvement, and professional development; is proud to announce their giving tree collection efforts for The Santa Foundation.
With the holidays quickly approaching and the giving season upon us, the YPO has created a Giving Tree collection drive to benefit The Santa Foundation. The tree has been set up at the Hampton Inn in Franklin, MA where patrons can collect an ornament to donate hats, mittens or scarves for all ages.
Can’t get to the Hampton Inn? Don’t worry; picking up an ornament isn’t required to donate. Patrons can drop off all unwrapped donations to the Hampton Inn, 735 Union Street, Franklin, MA or to the United Regional Chamber of Commerce office at 42 Union Street, Attleboro, MA. Donations must be returned by December 10, 2010. Members of the YPO will deliver all of the items collected to The Santa Foundation after this date.
The Santa Foundation in Franklin, MA was established over 25 years ago to fulfill one goal – to provide gifts for families in need at Christmas time. 100% of all contributions, cash and gifts received go directly to local families in need. In 2009 alone, The Santa Foundation assisted over 700 families.

The YPO members were at the Home & Leisure Show at the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro, Massachusetts this weekend! The show had dozens of vendors representing a variety of industries.
The YPO networked with patrons of the mall, advertised our Cosmic Bowling event on Tuesday November 9th at North Bowl Lanes in North Attleboro and sold raffle tickets to win a signed baseball by Curt Schilling. (If you want in on the raffle, email us at jen@unitedregionalchamber.com).

The YPO members will be out at the New Home & Leisure Show at the Emerald Square Mall this weekend! This is a great time to check out local vendors and interact with the YPO to learn more about us.
If you’re in the area, we’d love you to stop by and say hello! You can also sign up for our Cosmic Bowling event on November 9th at North Bowl Lanes and enter a drawing to win an autographed baseball by Curt Schilling!

Saturday October 23rd:

· 4pm-6pm: Ron Groves & Jen Osojnicki, Photographer
This event will showcase dozens of local and regional vendors. While the focus will be on home decorating and improvement, the event also features many local companies in a wide variety of industries, such as finance, insurance, professional services and banking.
